What are the shipping charges?

Our shipping charges are dependent on the weight, destination and the order value. To give you an estimate, here is our policy for shipping charges:

● Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France is free for all orders above Euro 50. For orders less than Euro 50, shipping charges are Euro 7.

● Shipping to the UK and the Rest of the EU countries is free for all orders above Euro 100. For orders less than Euro 100, shipping charges are Euro 12.

● Shipping to non-EU countries is free for all orders above Euro 120. For orders less than Euro 120, shipping charges are Euro 20.

● Shipping to the USA is free for all orders above Euro 120. For orders less than Euro 120, shipping charges are Euro 20.

● Shipping to the Rest of the World is free for all orders above Euro 120. For orders less than Euro 120, the shipping charges are Euro 25.

● Important: Shipments going outside the EU region may attract local taxes and import duties that the customer shall bear.

DELIVERY

What is the delivery time?

Average delivery time is 3-5 working days. We work with multiple courier companies such as DHL, Post NL, DPD, FedEx, bpost etc. Exact delivery time depends on the courier company and destination.

My package has not been delivered, what should I do?

Can I exchange my items?

At the moment, exchange is not possible. You may return your item and place a fresh order.

Once your returned items reaches back, your refund is processed in 5-7 business days.
